Skilled in planning & implementing programs to ensure attainment of growth and profit plans along with the client satisfaction. He is extremely précised in providing direction & structure for the site teams and actively participating in developing policy & strategic plans. Mr. Rafic is already proven his ability in leading and directing personnel towards accomplishment of a common goal. Mr. Jawed Ahmad is the Operations Manager of Golden Vision General Contracting, one of the fastest growing MEP company in UAE. Mr. Jawed Ahmad has more than 20 years' extensive experience in the MEP sector. He started his career Electrical Engineer, later on handled various roles and be part of the management boards.

Mr. Jawed Ahmad has worked on many prestigious projects in UAE which include high-rise building, Hotels, Nuclear Power Plant and residential and commercial towers, giving him extensive knowledge and experience in various engineering disciplines. He take the responsibility for independently managing the projects by optimal utilisation of division resources, design engineering and prototype handling and successful execution of the projects. He is also responsible for the competitive pricing of all MEP projects, considering specific construction, transportation risks.
